Modern Monk is a lifestyle based on the idea that we can tap into our true inner awesomeness through a better understanding of the world we live in and the foods we eat.

Modern Monk is you, me, your neighbor, co-worker, family member, well you get the point, it is all of us. Finding the inner peace in this wild world we all share has its challenges but through the power of knowledge and a little extra food preparation, we can tackle anything!

Your success is not determined by cancer, an angry boss, or bank account balance, your success is LIMITLESS and can be reached when you are at your personal best. Once you tap into your true inner power you see the world in a whole new shade of colors, brighter colors.

Taking in what this precious earth has to offer, fulfills us with a whole new drug. Now is the time to get “high on life”. Modern Monk is a way of finding the magical juice right under your nose in this modern society filled with toxic foods, heavy temptations, and bumpy roads.

My Pathless Path

I started Modern Monk as I saw my mother go through her own journey of medical craziness. From Panic Attacks to Cancer, my mom is a true testament to the bumpy roads life throws your way.

As I watched her battle through tough times, I listened carefully to what doctors were PRESCRIBING. “Take this pill with this pill and also this pill”, listening to all this nonsense drove me into discovering that we can certainly heal ourselves through the food Mother Nature has so graciously provided us and perceiving our reality through a happier set of eyes.

Modern Monk is a catalyst for all the amazing new discoveries that bring us closer to being our best selves.

Each day I am impressed by life and all its beautiful people, places, and challenges, I simply want to share that with you.

Improved health, a few belly laughs, unlocking impending spiritual growth, passion in all you do, shocking point-of-views that may change your perception, disturbing revelations, and love.
