What’s a gangster in 2014? I’m taking the negativity out of the word and saying a gangster is someone who is “about it.” Someone who works hard, doesn’t sweat the small stuff, and hustles in any task given. So why should you not take your precious health as seriously as you take anything else? Be “about it” and hustle in obtaining your best healthy self possible.
Several years ago, I was introduced to my chakras. It was rather exciting as I wasn’t sure exactly what I was supposed to do with them or why they were supposedly “off-balance.” Turns out they are pretty influential in getting your body working in complete balance.
