Fall at the Farmer’s market brings some of the most lovely colors and foods. Sweet potato, pumpkin, squash, asparagus, and so many more delicious staples. Eating clean nutritious food for Thanksgiving will make most people gasp, but if you want to break the tradition of being rolled into bed after dinner, then you’ve come to the right place. I’ve compiled 22 recipes from the “blog-o-sphere” that I have personally prepared over the years that will be easy, healthy, and tasty options to serve this year.
Super Simple Harvest Salad
The Source: Green Light Bites
This recipe is the kind you “eye-ball” your way through. No need to measure it out. Simply put more of what you love or less of what you don’t want and voila, an autumn salad that is simple, quick, and delicious. You’ll likely be cooking up tons of other dishes this Thanksgiving. This Super Simple Harvest Salad allows to spend less time on the salad making and more time on the main attractions. Skip the cheese for the vegans.
