Nike said it well with their memorable slogan, Do It. We all say, “this will be the day I start eating well or join the gym or perhaps take up yoga” well, stop saying it and just do it. That’s right, it’s that easy. Often times our minds give us excuses like “I don’t have enough time”, “it takes too long to juice my veggies”, or “it’s way too expensive”. Remember it is very easy to find an excuse to NOT do something but if we just make time, get organized, and/or reallocate resources we can do anything (as cheesy as that may sound).
